FEUILLE DE ROUTE

Dear Work Package Leaders, dear Beneficiaries/Supervisors,

Below are important information about your contributions to be included in the deliverable "D5.4 - Draft periodic report". The report will be reviewed by the project officer as well as the external expert in order to prepare the mid-term review meeting (the external expert is not known yet).

Your contributions will be part of the core of the report (paragraph "Explanation of work & Overview of progress"). The report details the work carried out per Work Package by the beneficiaries during the reporting period (i.e. from the beginning of the project up to now) ; it gives an overview of the project results towards the objective (including a summary of deliverables and milestones) and a summary of exploitable results (with an explanation about how they can/will be exploited). It should demonstrate the achievements in relation to the initial objectives described in Annex 1 of the Grant Agreement. There is no page limit per work package - but your report should be concise and readable.

The deliverable "D5.4 - Draft periodic report" is due by April 30.

Here is a suggested way to do so:
Each beneficiary, i.e. each supervisor, writes a summary (work carried out, results, progress, future work, list of publications -done and future, figure(s) are welcome) to be sent to the respective work package leader (cc infrastar@ifsttar.fr) in order to help him to write an overall overview of his WP. Then, the WP leaders send their report (summaries of the supervisors + overall overview of WP) to infrastar@ifsttar.fr by Monday 23 April.
If all agree, I would therefore suggest that each beneficiary/supervisor sends their contribution to the respective WP leader at the latest on Monday 16 April.

Finally, please find attached the working document "INFRASTAR_D5.4_Draft-periodic-report_IFSTTAR_v00.docx" with the paragraphs to be filled in. Note that the name of each project is the one of the Annex 1 ; in case of change, this must be explained.
Also, for each WP, the deliverables and the milestones are compiled to ease your task, and, for each project, the objectives, the tasks & methodology, and the expected results (from the Annex 1) are listed for your convenience.

Pour info. Dans les livrables, nous avions un draft du periodic report à envoyer avant le mid-term meeting (à l'époque M24). C'est ce livrable dont il est question au-dessus (mais identique au periodic report).

Good luck & have fun (-:
A+
